Whether its setting up basic technology infrastructure, developing IT solutions, integrating software/hardware compatibilities, determining the appropriate square footage in a customer's facility, to housing the necessary server equipment, FWRadiology consults with customers on all aspects of the teleradiology implementation.

FWRadiology doesn't offer a "one-size-fits-all" solution. Customers have unique situations. We partner with our customers to better understand their particular issues and concerns. Doing research and engaging in comprehensive communication upfront enables FWRadiology to provide a better teleradiology solution and develop a symbiotic working relationship. We agree on an implementation date with customers and then develop a teleradiology program that is as effective as it is efficient.

How are we more efficient? FWRadiology does 90% of its work through Voice Recognition Services and utilizes Mid-term archive storage. This speeds up our transmission processes and enables us to store past reads so that historical scans don't need to be retransmitted. We save valuable bandwidth capabilities for all STAT reads.

FWRadiology customers work directly with our talented administrative team, but also have access to a qualified radiologist who functions as a dedicated clinical director, serving as a primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and medical-related inquiries. This collegial relationship provides referring physicians in any location with a valuable counterpart to aid in interpretation and consultation.
