Timothy G. Cloonan, M.D.
Timothy G. Cloonan, M.D. joined Fort Wayne Radiology in 2001. A native of the midwest, Dr. Cloonan hails from Flint, Michigan.
He received a bachelor’s degree with honors from DePauw University and medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis. He also completed his residency
in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis.
Dr. Cloonan is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Radiological Society of North America and the American Association of Academic Chief Residents in Radiology. Dr. Cloonan also has advanced training in CT Angiography including Coronary CTA.
Dr. Cloonan's special areas of interest in Interventional Radiology include: Uterine Fibroid Embolization, Endoluminal Grafts for Aortic Aneuryms, and Oncologic Therapies including Radiofrequency Ablation and Chemoembolization.
Dr. Cloonan is married and has three daughters and one son. His hobbies are sports and fitness, including running, hiking and water and snow skiing.
