Raymond J. Facco, M.D.
Raymond J. Facco, M.D. joined Fort Wayne Radiology in 2000. Dr. Facco earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola
University, Chicago and his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood, Illinois. He completed
an internship and a radiology residency at St. Francis Hospital, Evanston, Illinois.
Dr. Facco is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American College of Radiology and the American College of Physician Executives. He has a special interest in the areas of general radiology, MRI, mammography, and neuroradiology.
Dr. Facco enjoys several activities in his free time including woodworking, designing furniture and architectural details, hiking and playing the piano.
